I haven't always had a peaceful relationship with food…

I struggled with food and my body a lot.

I did it all: raw vegan, IIFYM, calorie counting, clean eating etc. and ultimately found myself stuck in the awful restrict/binge cycle, feeling out of control and at my whits end (zero trust, feeling food-obsessed, unable to stick to any rules for long).

After one particularly tough weekend, I decided enough was enough. 

My old ways weren't serving me, it was time for something completely different.

I studied nutrition (BSc) & dietetics (Masters), repaired my relationship with food, found food freedom and now have helped 100s of clients all over the world to do the same!

The first step to food freedom & eating healthily, peacefully?
