Healthily, Peacefully.

– the space you need to get intentional about creating food freedom.

I've helped 100s of clients break free from the restrict/overeat cycle, become Intuitive Eaters and just eat healthily, peacefully.

One of the key differences between those who struggle to change and those who experience food freedom faster?

Making space for daily-check ins to create awareness and change.

Healthily, Peacefully: The Journal, is the tool to help you stay mindful, laser-focused & in charge on your path to food freedom!

Healthily,

Peacefully.

A tangible space for you to come back to the present moment & tune in with your body amidst life's demands.

To re-calibrate & re-centre.

To take daily action towards Intuitive Eating & eating healthily, peacefully.

A catalyst for change.

Does this sound like you?

01

On your Intuitive Eating journey you often find yourself falling into old, autopilot patterns (like mindless, disconnected eating, diety behaviour and bingeing) and lose touch with your food freedom goals.

02

You find it freaking difficult to make meaningful change to your relationship with food & eating habits amidst the demands of life…

03

When faced with the idea of digging in and doing the work on your relationship with food, you have no idea where to start! You feel lost and end up procrastinating. You want to be guided through powerful reflections, without having to decide what to work on.

04

You regularly find yourself slipping into ruts with your eating habits & self-talk, only to realise you've fallen down rabit hole weeks down the track!

One of the reasons I see Intuitive Eating be so hard for people is because they don’t have a space to check-in and tangible metrics to reflect on.

I haven’t always had a peaceful relationship with food…⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Far from it, in fact. This is why I’m so damn passionate about the work that I do as a Dietitian & Intuitive Eating coach.

⁣⁣

In my late teens/early 20s, diets and food rules stole a lot of joyful moments from me… at a time that I was supposed to be my most care-free! ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

I tracked, counted and obsessed over eating “healthily” (NOT healthy, btw). ⁣⁣

All this ultimately lead to was thinking about food wayyyy too much, overeating and bingeing when I felt I'd stuffed up or in anticipation of “starting again” the next day.

The restrict/overeat cycle had eroded my self-trust, big time.

I thought that restriction and a diet mentality were helping me to control food, but ultimately they drove me to feel the opposite!

I felt obsessed and, often, insatiable.

⁣⁣

Thankfully, one morning, after going HAM on chocolate the night before, I said no more.

I knew that restriction wasn’t serving me and that it was time to find a new way to relate to food and my body...⁣⁣

⁣⁣

By moving away from restriction and through my nutrition and dietetic studies, I learnt how to nurture a peaceful relationship with food.

By becoming mindful of my behaviour, in charge of my thoughts and aware of my body's cues, I built trust in my body, made peace with all my previously forbidden foods, regained a peaceful sense of control (more like, reclaimed my power!) and learnt to see food as just. freaking. food.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

It was honestly so liberating and now, I can’t imagine anything else. 😍 I get SO excited about the work that I do with clients and have *pinch me* moments on the regular!

I’m so thrilled that you’re prioritising yourself and making moves to better understand your eating behaviour and improve your relationship with food.

As a dietitian who helps my clients get out of the restrict/binge cycle, become Intuitive Eaters and just eat healthily, peacefully, I know how difficult it can be to get out of “autopilot mode” and make meaningful change to your habits and behaviour.

Enter, this journal! I created this journal as a practical tool to facilitate reflection and change.

This is about so much more than just putting pen to paper.

This is about prioritising yourself.

Making SPACE for your needs.

Creating awareness of your patterns.

Being intentional about changing your habits.

And connecting with yourself and your body amongst the demands of day-to-day life.

"A slight change in your daily habits can guide your life to a different destination."

- James Clear
